Born in Ravenna in 1976, Davide is the sweetest Italian export
since tiramisu - and one of the most talented.
Victorious at the GPA Dublin International Piano Competition in
1994 thanks to a blistering account of the Brahms Piano Concerto No
1, he went on to win Silver at the Leeds contest in 2000 and a jury
prize at the Van Cliburn competition a year later.
His concerto engagements have included performances in Ireland, the
US, Finland and the UK where he gave his debut Radio 3 broadcast
from Symphony Hall, Birmingham in 2001.
